Return Eligibility

  • Be in original condition with tags attached

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will work quickly to resolve the problem by offering a replacement or refund where applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be canceled.
